TECHNICAL AND SOCIAL TRIP ORGANIZED FOR STUDENTS OF DENEYAP TECHNOLOGY WORKSHOPS.

140 DENEYAP Technology Workshops students in Muğla participated in the “Technical and Social Trip” event in order to increase their knowledge, skills and motivation. In this context, Dalaman Naval-Air Base Command and Gökova Aviation and Space Club visits, model rocket construction and shooting, and a canoe activity in the Azmak stream in Ula Akçapınar were held on 24-28 July.

Organized as two days, the event was held in cooperation with the South Aegean Development Agency, Muğla Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports and Muğla Provincial Directorate of National Education, which carries out its activities under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, General Directorate of Development Agencies. On Friday, 28 July, the last day of the event, Muğla Deputy Governor İsmail Soykan and GEKA Secretary General Özgür Akdoğan met with DENEYAP students at the Gökova Rocket-Aviation and Space Club to get information about the activities carried out.
In the first part of the event, students will be accompanied by military officials at Dalaman Naval Air Base Command, with patrol planes, naval helicopters, domestically produced unmanned aerial aircraft, UAV and SİHA, etc., which are important elements of the Turkish navy. They had the opportunity to see and examine effective warfare systems closely.
Can Gökovalı, the founder of the "Gökova Aviation and Space Club", where young people are trained in the field of rocket construction, returned with honors from TEKNOFEST competitions and gave information about rocket construction to the students. In addition, Gökovalı, the club's TEKNOFEST and so on. He talked about the projects he won degrees from the competitions and the projects they are planning in the future.
